Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Jaldapara from Hasimara/Falakata Railway Station

You will be first received by our representative at Hasimara/Falakata Railway Station. After the greeting formalities, you will be transferred to Jaldapara. Checkin to Jaldapara Hotel/Resort. Jaldapara National Park, one of the finest National parks in West Bengal blessed with various flora and fauna. Reach Jaldapara after covering approx 10km of road distance to witness wild animals like Asiatic One Horned Rhinoceros. Moreover, you can even indulge yourself in bird watching as it is the home of various birds like Green Pigeons, Hornbills, Barbets, Parakeets, Woodpeckers, Cuckoos, Orioles, Drongos, Babblers, Thrushes etc. After lunch you can go for Japdapara Jungle Safari at own Cost, prior booking recommended, if required our executive will guide you to online booking. Day 2: Halfday sightseeing

Sightseeing South Khayerbari and Totopara. visit South Khayerbari, It is a charming village just 5 km away from Jaldapara. First go to the South Khayerbari Rescue Centre to witness rescued wild animals such as tigers and leopards are being treated in (Entry Fee at  own cost).

Visit Totopara the area of entire Toto country called Totopara is 1,996.96 acres (8.0814 km2). It lies 22 km from Madarihat, the entrance of the famous Jaldapara National Park. So, we can safely assume that the Totos live near the northern edges of this forest. The Toto localities of the village are sub-divided into six segments - Panchayatgaon, Mandolgaon, Subbagaon, Mitranggaon, Pujagaon and Dumchigaon. Totopara also has a settlement of Nepali-speaking people. A primary school was established in the village in 1990. Later in 1995, a high school with hostel facility was also established there.

Day 3: Buxa/Jayanty Day Tour via Chilapata Forest, Moner Manush and Rajabhatkhawa

After breakfast fullday sightseeing at Buxa Tiger Reserve and Jayinty. On the way we may visit Sikiajhora(own cost). Sikiajhora is called Amazon of Dooars. Sikiajhora is a rivulet which meanders through the Buxa Tiger Reserve and enters the plains of Dooars at Panialguri to meet another flamboyant river Bala, which too originates from the Jayanti Hills and Buxa Forest. Rich in bio-diversity, Sikiajhora is home to a healthy population of birds and butterflies. You can enjoy Wild Boat Safari at own cost and own risk.

Buxa Tiger Reserve: Within the densely forested area of Buxa National Park on the northeastern edge of West Bengal is Buxa Tiger Reserve. It is a tiger reserve located close to the Indo-Bhutan border at a distance of 19km from Alipurduar. Entitled the 15th tiger reserve in 1983, Buxa Tiger Reserve was once famous for dolomite mining. Being situated close to Manas National Park, Buxa Tiger Reserve serves as an important elephant corridor. The green forested area of Buxa is dotted with astounding nature trails leading to some of the most pictorial destinations like Lepchakha Village. Lepchakha Village is famous for offering a panoramic vista of rivers and streams meandering through the dense forest of Dooars. Buxa Tiger Reserve is a tiger reserve and national park in northern West Bengal, India, covering an area of 760 km2 . In altitude, it ranges from 60 m in the Gangetic Plains to 1,750 m bordering the Himalayas in the north.

Jayanty: Jayanty is called queen of Dooars, Located on the edge of Buxa Forest is a quaint forest village along with the River Jayanti. Jayanti River forms a natural border with the Bhutan hills, the hills on the Eastern Side of the river are known as the Jayanti Hills, and the small villages on the western side known as Jayanti villages are named after the river Jayanti. 30km from Alipurduar Jayanti is often referred to as the 'Queen of Dooars' because of its astounding view, fascinating lush greenery and tranquil ambiance.

Chilapata: The Chilapata Forest is a dense forest near Jaldapara National Park in Dooars, Alipurduar district, West Bengal, India. It is about 40 km from Alipurduar, and just a few minutes away from Hasimara town

The last day of 3 Nights 4 Days Chilapata Tour Package. Wake up in the morning with a sweeter memory of the ravishing tour to Dooars. Our car will lead you to the returning point in railway station  (transfer surcharge extra). You may avail NBSTC Bus Service upto Coochbehar at free of cost. You can also go for Cooch Behar Day Tour (Rajbari, Sagardighi, Madanmohan Temple etc) at additional cost. Contact our call centre for booking. The road will make you to remember the joyous moment you spent in Dooars. Finally, after reaching Rail station the tour comes to the end.

  • Child below 5 years of age is free sharing same meals and same rooms.
  • Child above 5 years and up to 8 years of age with meals and sharing same room will be charged 50% of tariff.
  • Person above 8years of age will be charged 100% sharing same room.
  • Maximum 3 persons will be allowed in one room.
  • Airport (IXB) Pickup/Drop surcharges to be paid by primary guest at the rate INR. 600.00 for Sedan INR. 800.00 for SUV/MUV while booking. Only available for guests availing deluxe package.
  • Last minute change or cancel of itinerary may happen due to strike, road closure or any unavoidable circumstances
  • Maintain proper timing and follow rules as guided by the tour guide and property and forest department to experience the tour memorable and comfortable. 

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled 30days prior to the date of arrival 60% of the booking amount will be refunded
  • If cancelled 15days prior to the date of arrival 40% of the booking amount will be refunded
  • No refund if cancelled within 15days from date of arrival
  • 100% refund if cancelled by NBSTC due to any unavaoidable circumstances
